The room with a view of the Matterhorn was very clean, bright, and airy with windows on three sides. The bed, although comfortable, was not a queen size and consisted of two beds pushed together, which can be a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms provided unbeatable views of the Matterhorn with comfortable and spacious interiors. The service was top-notch, and the location, although a bit uphill, offered breathtaking views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The dining experience was delightful with a scrumptious breakfast spread. My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was spacious with a good-sized balcony and a fabulous view of the Matterhorn overlooking the town, although the bed was not a queen but rather two beds pushed together. The bathroom with a walk-in shower was efficient with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, close to the train station and offering breathtaking views of the Zermatt, mountains, and Matterhorn from the room. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the room had a typical setup of two beds combined, and the dining variety was scrumptious but could be improved with even more choices.

The hotel's location was great, very quiet, and about a 10-minute walk from the Main Street and a leisurely 12-15 minutes from the train station. It offered access to buses to the Furi lift and had beautiful views of the Matterhorn.

The dining experience was fantastic, with a very wide choice of hot and cold items that were replenished throughout the sitting. The selection was by far the best I've had at any European hotel over the years, including delicious options like scrambled & fried eggs, bacon, sausages, bircher muesli, fruit salad, nuts, chia seeds, and a delightful cheeseboard with over 8 different choices of cheeses.
